Simple Fry Fennel and non oil fried Poke chops

Fry Fennel and Non oil fried Pork chops make a great, simple and tasty meal. But only if you cook them well!!! Pork is already very lean, and very easy to dry out during cooking.

"This pork chop is so good for dinner you'll say it tastes like heaven

Preparation 3 minutes
Cook time 10 minutes
Servings Serves 2


  1. (2)300gm Fennel
  2. 1 garlic clove
  3. 3 spring onions
  4. 1tbs oil for fry
  5. black pepper
  6. salt to test
  7. Rose mary
  8. 2tbs red wine
  9. 1/2 ts curry
  10. 1/2 ts mix meat spice
  11. 300gm poke chops

Fennel Preparation:
Slice spring onion and fennel thingly

Heat oil in a wok pan, when heat add Spring onion and fennel
then cover for 2 minuts.
add black pepper and salt, stir fry until fragrant and soften 
through (about 6 minutes) then cover and low the heat.

Poke Preparation:
Bring  non stick pan on over medium-high heat.  seasoning curry, mix meat spice and pepper on pork chops and rub with your hands to coat on each side, then rub with 1 spone of red wine.

When the pan is nice and hot cut garlic and and add to the pan, add Rose mary,
then place the poke chop and add the remaining of red wine. Cook on each side for about 4 to 5 minutes, or until golden on the outside.
At this point your fennel is ready
Serve them immediatly. Enjoy!
