Mentally challenged woman delivers a beautiful baby girl in Rivers State (see photos)

A mentally challenged woman in Bonny, Rivers State, gave birth to a beautiful baby girl yesterday.
Good Samaritans aided the woman delivery of the baby.

As at time of press, the father of the baby remains unknown.
Either way, we are happy for her. See more photos below…
