How To Make Green Peas Curry in Vanga Basilco

Bright's Kitcheen once again brings a delicious recipe from her kitchen. Healthy, nutritious and very tasty, canned Green Peas Curry in Vanga Basilco  is bound to please your taste buds! Watch the  video below to learn how to make this.

Serves 2

1 canned peas
2 tbsp oil
1 onions finely chopped
 Foeniculum vulgare to garnish
1 tomato finely chopped
1/2  tsp curry powder
1/2  tsp black pepper powder
1/2  tsp greated nutmeg
4 tbs Tomatoes puree or  (Salsa barbecue)
salt to taste
2 tbs Vanga besilico

  • Heat Oil , and fry Onions
  • add the black pepper, curry, and nut meg and fry, so the spice will smell very strong
  • Add Tomatoes
  • Then add the salsa barbecue and fry
  • add salt
  • add the Vanga besilico
  • then add the canned Green peals
  • Now cover and cook for 3 to 6 minutes
Remove from Heat. AND ALOW IT TO COOL FOR a MINUTES BEFORE garnishing with  Foeniculum vulgare and serving. you can eat it with bread

Cook's Tips
If you are using canned peas then dont add any water, But if you are using fresh peals then add 1 to 2 cups of water
