Welcome to Bright's Home, today we will be making Simple Spaghetti Sea Food, this food can be found on almost every Italian restaurant menu, It is a very famous first course in a number of variants According to different places and seasons...But Today we'll be making Bright's Simple Spaghetti Sea Food. The version is made with Prawns, Mussels, Clams, Squids and Scampi!
So we will be useing cleaned and prapared sea fish

(150 g) of spaghetti
(100 g) of squids
• black pepper
• (200 g) of clams
•(200 g) of mussels
4 scampi
•1 large Tomato
• fish stock
• 2tb of dry white wine
•2tb extra virgin olive oil
• parsley
In a pan, put 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and add chopped onion and garlic... let it brown... then put the Tomatoes in the pan... and let them cook until tender but not mushy.
then add salt, black pepper, nutmag and parsley.
Put your already prapared seafish
Now boil the spaghetti 5 minutes toss in the pan
At this point add the White wine, then add the pasta to the fish
cook for another 2 minutes
