JUST IN: DSS Arrests Babatunde Gbadamosi For Criticizing Buhari’s Forex Fraud

One of the strongest voice of the opposition in Nigeria, Mr  Babatunde O. Gbadamosi and a former governorship aspirant of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Lagos state, has been arrested by the Nigerian secret Police, the Directorate of State Security (DSS) over his incessant criticism of President Buhari’s government monumental frauds and the reckless selling of foreign exchange to relatives and loyalties below official rate.
Mr Gbadamosi whose viral video detailing how the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), now controlled by President Buhari and his cabals was selling Dollar as low as a dollar to one Naira to cronies. According to friends that spoke to Hope For Nigeria, he arrest may be unconnected to his vocal call for the protection of the Vice President, Prof Yemi Osibanjo, especially since the news of the ill health of President Buhari broke out. In a facebook release made available to Hope For Nigeria, Mr Gbadamosi said that, ” 6 men from the DSS came to deliver a verbal invitation for me to attend their office at CMB Road, Shangisha today. “I have packed a day-bag, just in case they decide to add me to the exclusive club of detained opposition voices. The struggle to free Nigeria from the clutches of tyranny and corruption must continue, with or without me. I fear no man, only God the Creator”.
He was questioned in Lagos today and transferred to Abuja and there have no being any official reason for his arrest.
Mr Gbadamosi has not held any political position and self made Millionaire who relocated back to Nigeria from the United Kingdom few years ago.
