Photos: customs officer allegedly shoots a trailer driver in Onne Seaport, Rivers state

 

Yesterday a Customs officer shot and injured a trailer driver in Onne Seaport, Rivers state. According to an eyewitness, the officer shot and injured the driver for no reason. In protest, the trailer drivers union shut down the port and used trailers to block the customs exit gate. They also reportedly destroyed offices, cars. Other Customs officers present at work, removed their uniform and ran away to avoid being assaulted. See photos of the injured trailer driver having his gunshot wound treated at a hospital below.
